Q. What is Hyperbidder?
A. An intermediary where advertisers can buy media on ROE, targeted verticals, industries or regions (Geo-Targeting) and where publishers can offer their designated advertising space for media buyers to purchase advertising through Hyperbidder's RTB platform or through direct media buy options.

Q. How much does Hyperbidder's service cost?
A. The service is free to publishers. It is also free for advertisers to use all Hyperbidder services except the media buy. The advertisers receive invoices after they buy media from us.

Q. What is a publisher, advertiser, etc.?
A. Advertiser is a business, person, or other entity that promotes its business. Online advertisers often purchase ad space from publishers.

Q. How do I create an advertisement banner?
A. Banners can be created in a variety of image editing or animation programs, including (but not limited to) Photoshop, Flash, and Illustrator. Most ads are one of the following three file formats: .gif (usually an animated GIF), .jpeg (image), or .swf (Shockwave Flash format). If you do not have the resources to create your own advertisement media, Hyperbidder can help you. Just let us know

Q. Will my chosen publisher's website accept Flash, video, etc.?
A. Decisions on acceptable advertisement file formats are left up to the publisher.

Q. Will my chosen publisher's website accept advertisements with mature content?
A. Absolutely not. We do not allow inappropriate ads in our ad exchange network. We also do not accept publishers that allow inappropriate advertisements into our network. We only work with brand safe ads.

Q. How does Hyperbidder get the advertisements on my website if they do not have access to my server?
A. Publishers add a few lines of code provided by Hyperbidder to their server. This Hyperbidder code allows Hyperbidder ads to be called to the publisher's web site and, it also collects, analyse campaigns' data to accurately measure and provide analytics to the media buyer.

Q. Wouldn't it be easier to just contact a publisher and negotiate costs with them individually?
A. No. Uploading an ad banner and participating in the bidding process take only minutes to complete. Also, Hyperbidder acts as an independent third party by retrieving accurate data; analytics and serve them back to media buyers and publishers.

Q. Wouldn't it be better to use another advertising service?
A. No. Other advertising services often have one or two solutions. We constantly work on and add new innovative advertising based tools and solutions both for advertisers and publishers

Q. How do I become a Featured Publisher with Hyperbidder?
A. Featured Publishers are the three publishers with the most advertisers in a particular industry, vertical, city, state, or zip code. If you want to become a Featured Publisher, you must work to gain more advertisers.

Q. How does Hyperbidder prevent people from driving up click-thrus?
A. Hyperbidder counts multiple click-thrus in a 24-hour period from a solitary IP (Internet Protocol) address as one click-thru. This prevents someone from constantly refreshing a webpage in order to increase the number of click.
